Abstract

How can this operating challenge become an adoptable, measurable and sustainable system?

The catalog needed to present Pokémon and One Piece product lines, organize products and support a clear buying experience. We created a responsive commerce site with categories, product pages, cart, payments and administration for inventory and orders. The product offering can be discovered, compared and purchased through one coherent brand experience.

Pedidos became an operating capability of the system.

05
Measurement framework

Indicators for validating impact

AdoptionWorkflow use by role and stage
Cycle timeProcess duration from start to close
ExceptionsCases requiring manual intervention

Monitoring indicators are shown, not invented figures. Quantitative client data remains confidential.
